Good to know: The Remirez de Ganuza Vina Coqueta 2015 underwent a meticulous production process. Grapes were hand-harvested in 12 kg boxes from the vineyard known as Coqueta, which was established in 1975 in the Samaniego region. Prior to fermentation, the grapes were carefully stored at a controlled temperature of 4-6 Cº in a specially designed cold room for 24 hours. After manual grape selection on a sorting table, fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks and concrete tanks of various sizes and shapes. The wine was then aged for 26 months in 225-liter barrels, with 73% being French oak and 27% American oak. Of these barrels, 60% were new and 40% had already been used once.
