Dominio do Bibei Lapola 2021 is an expressive white wine from Galicia’s Ribeira Sacra, blending mainly Godello with Albariño, Doña Blanca, and Treixadura from high-altitude schist and slate vineyards, some with vines over 100 years old. Fermented with native yeasts and aged on its lees in a mix of French oak barrels, large Austrian foudres, and concrete tanks without malolactic fermentation, it offers vibrant aromas of citrus, white fruit, delicate herbs, and a subtle mineral edge.
