Dominio do Bibei Dominio do Bibei 2021 is the estate’s ethereal, flagship red wine from the dramatic terraced slopes of Galicia’s D.O. Ribeira Sacra. Uniquely centered on rare indigenous grapes rather than the region's ubiquitous Mencía, it is crafted predominantly from Brancellao (~93%) complemented by small amounts of Mouratón and Grao Negro, then aged patiently in neutral French oak barrels and large foudres. Often likened to a fine Burgundy in its delicacy and transparency, it opens with lifted, highly perfumed aromas of wild strawberries, sour red cherries, blood orange peel, and dried roses layered over damp granite and mountain scrub herbs.
