Dominio do Bibei Lalama 2021 is a refined red from Galicia’s Ribeira Sacra, crafted mainly from Mencía with small amounts of native varieties such as Brancellao, Mouratón, Sousón, and Garnacha Tintorera. Sourced from steep, high-altitude vineyards of slate, granite, and clay, it is fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for up to 20 months in seasoned French oak barrels and foudres before bottling.
