The wine opens with lifted aromas of green apple, tangerine, white pepper, and delicate mineral and iodine notes. On the palate, it offers precise, energetic freshness, supported by slatey minerality and a long, saline finish. Aged in 60% new oak, it strikes a beautiful balance between structure and finesse, making it a superb match for dishes like poultry, lobster, or foie gras, with excellent aging potential into the late 2020s.
