Good to know: Blason d’Issan, Chateau d'Issan's second wine, is made from a selection amongst their vines growing in the Margaux appellation area. Fruit from their youngest vines is used to produce this wine, which respects the identity of its terroir, while offering a tasty round fruitiness, which can be enjoyed earlier. This Blason d’Issan 2016 is also aged in barrels for 14 to 16 months, one third of which are new french oak. It has been considered one of the best vintages offering an outstanding balance!
Blason d'Issan 2016 is a charming, classically proportioned red wine serving as the refined second label of Château d'Issan, the historic Third Growth estate in Margaux.
