Tempos Vega Sicilia Oremus Tokaji Late Harvest 2023 is a naturally sweet white wine from Tokaj crafted from Furmint, Hárslevelű, and Sárga Muskotály grapes, at least half of which are botrytised to deliver depth and complexity. Fermented slowly and aged briefly in Hungarian oak, it offers vibrant aromas of white peach, citrus, and tropical fruit with floral notes, while the palate is creamy yet fresh, balancing luscious sweetness with lively acidity and a hint of grapefruit on the finish. Elegant and versatile, it pairs beautifully with fruit-based desserts, honey-infused dishes, foie gras, and aged cheeses, making it a refined choice for special occasions.
