Made entirely from Chardonnay grapes sourced from the five prestigious Grand Cru villages—Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Oger, and Mesnil-sur-Oger—this champagne reflects the purity of its origins.
Only the first pressing of the grapes is used, ensuring exceptional quality. A touch of the wine (5%) is matured in new oak barrels, adding a subtle layer of toasted complexity. Taittinger allows this exceptional cuvée to age patiently for up to a decade in the chalk cellars of Saint-Nicaise, allowing it to develop the elegance and finesse that define its character—ready to enchant discerning champagne enthusiasts.
