Preparation:
Defrost inside the vacuum bag. We prefer natural defrost technique just in regular refrigerator camera for 12 to 24 hours as the product keeps perfect consistency, texture and taste.
SEAFOOD SOUP
Once its defrosted, open bag, put in a pan/casserole and heat for 2 minutes with medium heat. If you are in a rush, you can also heat in microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes but it’s not the same than traditional way as the ingredient may suffer a bit.
You can also add cooked shrimps and cooked lapu lapu/red snaper fish into the soup.
