Rustichella d'Abruzzo Paccherini ai Frutti di Bosco is a vibrant and innovative pasta crafted to inspire chefs and elevate creative cuisine. Made with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and enriched with 35% fresh wild berry purée—featuring blueberry, currant, and raspberry—it’s bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve its delicate aroma, flavor, and texture. This unique format is ideal for both savory and refined pairings, as shown in Michelin-starred Chef William Zonfa’s dish with porcini distillate, asparagus salad, saffron cream from L’Aquila, and smoked ricotta with juniper.
