OX TAIL
Popular dish from Cordoba,little jewel in Andalusia. We cook the ox tail with red wine from Rioja. Main ingredients: ox tail, onion, garlic, celery, carrot and extra virgin olive oil.
Recommendation from the chef: once its defrosted, open bag and put contents in a pan/casserole then heat for 2 minutes on medium heat. If you are in a rush, you can also heat in microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes but kindly note that quality will be higher when heating by stove as the ingredients may suffer a bit when heating in microwave.
This cooked meal is packed in a vacuum sealed bag and was frozen to ensure freshness.

Preparation:
Defrost inside the vacuum bag. It’s best to thaw product naturally in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours as it keeps the perfect consistency, texture and taste.

PLEASE strictly do not defrost products in MICROWAVE.
