MACKEREL IN FORVM VINEGAR
Dish inspired by the popular fish marinated in vinegar "Boquerones en vinagre", In this case, its made with sustainable wild mackerel marinated in vinegar and served with chop garlic and Evoo. Main ingredients: mackerel , Forvm chardonay vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt and sriracha sauce.
Recommendation from the chef: once it’s defrosted, open the bag and serve the fish loins with the sauce onto a plate. Its a cold dish. You can also eat it with some olive and potato chips.
This cooked meal is packed in a vacuum sealed bag and was frozen to ensure freshness.

HOW TO DEFROST?
Defrost inside the vacuum bag. It’s best to thaw product naturally in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours as it keeps the perfect consistency, texture and taste.
