Lagrange was one of the 1st Chateau which introduce the leaf removal and green harvest in 1985 to improve quality. The 2nd most important point to be able to produce amazing wines is the date of picking and how you manage the sorting and vinification. The 3rd most important point to be able to produce amazing wines is how to manage the blend and the proportion of Grand Vin / Second Wine / Third Wine.
