Castro y Gonzalez, more than three generations involved in producing one of the best jamones from Guijuelo. Every specimen enjoys 2 Montaneras, instead of just one, which is the common procedure. The Montanera is that time of the year when the swine enjoy eating around 8kg of acorn nuts (bellota) in the freedom of the grazing lands.
