Luigi Guffanti Blufalo di Lombardia Wedge (130-140g)

Water buffalo provide for the rich and nutritious milk used to make this extraordinary blue cheese with a sweet flavour to it. The water buffalo’s whoke milk is pasteaurized and ripened for 45 days minimum.

Can be paired with white wines, or light and dark beer. Also good with red tomato jam and ciabatta bread.

Picos de Europa Valdeon Blue Cheese Wedge (100g)

This cheese was recognized nationally and internationally proving it to be the best gastronomic product in the history of Leon. It was also the second best cheese of the world in 2017.

Valdeon Cheese works best as spread, pasta, salad, dips, nuts, bread and also as meat sauces. Slightly spicy to taste. As it gets older, the spicier and stronger it gets. Shelf life is usually between 201 and 270 days.
