
IBERIAN PORK RIBS MARINATED
Marinated ribs from 100% acorn feed Iberian pork. The quality of this meat is exceptional. A very interesting re-search confirms these ribs contain unsaturated fats and high level of vitamins B1, B6 and B12. We marinated and cooked under low temperature for 24 hours. Main ingredients: iberian pork, garlic, paprika, herbs, cumin and extra virgin olive oil.
Recommendation from the chef: once it’s defrosted, preheat the oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Then put the pork ribs inside for 10 to 12 minutes. Please note that it’s best to squeeze out most of the sauce from the pack on top of the ribs. Ribs are already pre-cooked in sous vide so it just needs a touch of heat.
This cooked meal is packed in a vacuum sealed bag and was frozen to ensure freshness.

Preparation:
Defrost inside the vacuum bag. It’s best to thaw product naturally in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours as it keeps the perfect consistency, texture and taste.
