The wine undergoes a traditional vinification with about 30 days of skin contact and is then matured for nearly two years in large Slavonian oak casks, followed by extended bottle aging. It reveals a dark ruby color and an expressive bouquet of dried cherry, orange peel, mint, earth, and subtle herbal notes, gradually unfolding into deeper tones of tobacco and licorice.
