FABADA
Its one of the most popular dishes in Asturias, North of Spain. Its also a best seller in Txanton and chef's recipe reaches the best expectations someone can imagines. Of course, this cooking of white beans goes along with "the holy trinity": Chorizo, Morcilla and Panceta. Main ingredients: fabada beans, chorizo, black sausage, lacon, Iberian jamon, pork belly and veggies.
Recommendation from the chef: once it’s defrosted, open bag and put contents in a pan. Heat for 2 minutes on medium heat.
If you are in a rush, you can also heat in microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes but kindly note that quality will be higher when heating by stove as the ingredient may suffer a bit when heating in microwave.
This cooked meal is packed in a vacuum sealed bag and was frozen to ensure freshness.

HOW TO DEFROST?
Defrost inside the vacuum bag. It’s best to thaw product naturally in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours as it keeps the perfect consistency, texture and taste.

PLEASE strictly do not defrost products in MICROWAVE.
