Founded in 2001, the estate tends steep, terraced vineyards planted mainly with indigenous varieties such as Mencía, Brancellao and Mouratón for reds, and Godello and Albariño for whites. Situated at elevations between 350 and 920 metres on schist, slate and granite soils, the vines are farmed by hand and the gravity-flow winery is built into the hillside to preserve the natural freshness and character of the grapes.

Dominio do Bibei Lalume 2022 is an elegant white wine from Galicia’s Ribeiro DO, crafted mainly from Treixadura with a touch of Albariño sourced from high-altitude vineyards planted on decomposed granite soils. Fermented parcel by parcel with indigenous yeasts and aged in a combination of French oak barrels, Austrian foudres, concrete eggs, and stainless steel tanks without malolactic fermentation, it retains vibrant freshness while gaining texture and depth.
