Dominio do Bibei Lalume 2022 is an elegant white wine from Galicia’s Ribeiro DO, crafted mainly from Treixadura with a touch of Albariño sourced from high-altitude vineyards planted on decomposed granite soils. Fermented parcel by parcel with indigenous yeasts and aged in a combination of French oak barrels, Austrian foudres, concrete eggs, and stainless steel tanks without malolactic fermentation, it retains vibrant freshness while gaining texture and depth. The result is a wine with aromas of white stone fruits, fresh flowers, and subtle mineral notes, offering a dense yet lively palate with a long, dry finish—an expressive, refined white perfect for seafood, grilled vegetables, or light poultry dishes.
