Tasting notes for Morey Saint Denis wine has a nose that is clear and frank with beautiful notes of fruits and a touch of liquorice. It has a vermillion color with dark purple reflections. It has a mouth that is fresh with almost melted tannins and finale is easy. Best paired with veal chops.
Domaine David Duband places a strong emphasis in both harvesting and winemaking using traditional Burgundian methods. Harvest is done entirely by hand and crushing done by foot press. Beginning 2008, David Duband also places an emphasis in whole cluster fermentation which gives his wines more structure and finesse.
