All four generations has produced wines with precision and skill which resulted to 30,000 bottles a year.
These wines had been aged for 25 years in new and second-use French oak barriques. These were fermented in steel vats which are had well controlled temperatures.
The wine is best served with white and red meat that are grilled or roasted, pasta with meat sauce, rissotos, soups, semi-mature cheeses and cured meats.
