They give importance to skill, passion, knowledge of terroir and sensitivity when it comes to these wines. All four generations has produced wines with precision and skill which resulted to 30,000 bottles a year.
These wines had been aged for 25-55 years in Slavonian oak casks and French oak mild-sized casks. These were fermented in steel vats which are had well controlled temperatures.
The wine is best served with roast and braised red meats, game, truffle dishes and mature cheeses.
