This vintage cuvée blends Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from five prestigious crus—Aÿ, Chouilly, Cramant, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, and Oger—chosen for their exceptional ageing potential. Aged under natural cork for over eight years and hand-disgorged with a low dosage of 5 g/L, Perle 2015 reveals remarkable complexity, crystalline purity, and finesse.
