Good to know: 1985,Laguardia. A group of vine-growers, village men and women with rooted traditions and their focus on their vineyards and wines, found ARTADI.

In 1992 the Lacalle and Laorden family take control of the project. The obsession for vine growing and the cult to the vineyard led us to discover characteristics that define the personality of unique wines: wines which are a reflection of their origin. That same conviction was the one who brought us to expand our project in 1996 in Navarra (Artazu), in 1999 in Alicante (El Sequé) and in 2015 in Guipúzcoa (Izar-Leku).

The 2004 vintage of Artadi's single-vineyard El Pison wine received 100 points from American wine critic Robert Parker. Other notable wines include the Pagos Viejos cuvée, and the value-level Viñas de Gain.
